China, ASEAN need to fully implement Declaration on Conduct of Parties in South China Sea: FM

BEIJING, March 7 (Xinhua) -- China and ASEAN countries need to continue fully and effectively implementing the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea in order to maintain overall stability in the South China Sea, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Sunday.
